Who am I?
Werked is a digital creative agency focused on web design, web development and digital photography. My name is Tim the creative at Werked, my personal freelance company in which I've completed numerous projects over the last 10 years. During this time, I've learned and mastered a vast set of skills concentrated in technologies used in the design and development of web-based solutions. I'm currently transitioning into HTML 5 and CSS 3 utilizing W3C validated XHTML and CSS. I also bring a solid understanding of ASP.NET 4.0 and would like the opportunity to continue evolving my skill sets in more advanced projects. I've been designing and developing custom content management systems using the .NET framework and feel that my diverse background, and knowledge of the "end-to-end" project lifecycle would be a great asset to any project. Freelance work has brought many great opportunities to work on many diverse projects and has taught me how to adapt and learn quickly about the needs of the varied customers and businesses I support.

Werked specializes in web design and development but our services include much more from digital media, corporate identity, online marketing and advertising, search engine optimization, graphic design for print or web and much more. How I work?
I prefer local projects where I can work together with the company representative to deliver a solution that conveys the image and goals of the company it represents. I like to include the company in every iteration or step of the project utilizing some of the core values in a lean version of the Agile methodology, a development industry standard. The focus is to provide continuous planning and adaptability to arrive at the best possible solution.
